This time on The Children's Hour, we learn all about how Presidential Elections work. We feature New Mexico Secretary of State, Maggie Toulouse Oliver who walks us through the election process. Then we learn all about the Electoral College with an actual elector, Dr. Pamelya Herndon. Why do we have this indirect way of voting for President and Vice President?
